Warranty Coverage

A 6-month warranty is provided from the date of purchase. This warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing faults and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors.

Product Compatibility

Our machines are designed to operate with cans supplied by iPAk Packaging. We accept no liability for any damage, malfunction, or performance issues resulting from the use of third-party or non-approved products. 

Maintenance and Care

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that machines are properly maintained at all times. Care must be taken to prevent any liquid from entering the internal components of the machine.

Cleaning Requirements

All machines must be thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. Failure to adhere to regular cleaning and maintenance procedures may result in damage to the machine and may void the warranty.
